Very bad service
Cofee was cold like tap water
And window person was so rude
Why dont they just stay home if they have that kinda attitude for the guest service??
So pissed from their rude behaviour
I have been buying combo breakfast every day it’s fresh on other location but in this location this is the 3rd time when they gave me hash brown wasn’t fresh was hard to eat when I complained about it he was trying to make me fool that they bake crispy and crunchy but it wasn’t crunchy it was hard anyone can tell it wasn’t fresh. Finally he said if you want fresh you need to wait for 15 minutes. Seriously! Tim Hortons says always fresh but in this location is never fresh. A person was at the window on drive through was very rude. He should learn some customer service skills before he stands at customer service position.
