  1. In October of 2016 purchased a medium black at the Drive Through window, and received coffee in a contaminated cup which I did not realize until I drank the coffee. There was some kind of green sticky material in the bottom of the cup. I took a photo of the material at the bottom of the cup which you can see here: http://www.mediafire.com/view/l0akhlb9l1pmdyj/DSC05976.JPG. It turns out this location has been the subject of health and safety inspections which identify cross contamination problems in the food preparation area. See: http://www.restaurantinspections.ca/AHS_Edmonton/RestInspDetail.aspx?InspectionReportID=1579926943&SearchStr=T&SubunitID=780805201 I think this is what happened to me. Of course, I filed a complaint with both the local store manager and owner, and also the national Tim Horton’s complaint line. Both said they would investigate and get back to me, but neither did. I made a second inquiry of the national complaint line and heard nothing. This was the second incident of this kind. One month earlier, I purchased a cookie through the drive through window and received that in a paper sleeve containing loose coins. I will never purchase another item from this location, and am very sadly disappointed in the investigation. I was told that there was video footage, and I was at drive through window at about 0800, so it should be possible to see how I came to be given a coffee cup with green material in the bottom of it.

  2. I am a frequent customers of this location and the service, cleanliness and quality of food is disgusting. Your staff certainly need to be trained properly dealing in the food industry.

  3. The drive through and parking at this location is terrible! The owner needs to resurface the pavement before I lose a tire or front end on my vehicle!

  4. This week I came in twice, once for chicken noodle soup and once for a meal. Chicken noodle soup had huge chunks of chicken in it, too large to eat without cutting. Made by young girl, when I had eaten about half, I decided to show to other staff member who said it is not to be served that way but offered to throw it away instead ofalung me new one. Today,Friday I came in to find one person working alone and 6 people in line
Even though he was another store, he was working as quickly as possible. Three people left when they found out they had to wait. Then another person came on, and as I struggled with my order, one of my donuts fell on floor
Neither staff offered to replace my donut until another customer said something and then it was replaced. Two bad experiences in one week? First, Mr. Owner, don’t cheapest on staff, and treat customers with the service we deserve. I won’t likely be back.
