in all of the Tim Horton Franchises I have been in , I have never seen a more mismanaged store . They have 3 tills that are never utilized constantly leaving one or two employees to tend to as many 15 people in li9ne while 6 or 7 employees are working at the drive thru. Just today 4 of us walked out as one lady was left to take orders for a line up that went around the bend .
Ridiculous
Charge me 8 bucks for a sandwhich and took two peices of bacon for there supposedly full sandwich. I have photos and am emailing head office.
