I have lived in Colwood all my life and went to get a couple of traditional donuts.They could not understand me as they were Phillipino and that’s okay but I could barely understand them.It was a joke and then they said they did not carry your basic traditional donut with sugar that every other location carries.I asked to talk to the manager and the woman retorted and snapped rudely I am the manager and if you don’t move on I am going to call the police which was way over the top.I drove on and decided to make a complaint and I have never done this before.I will boycott this location and see if I can get a hold of the district manager as the location manager was rude,mean and threatening,total BS,I don’t know what is going on at Tim Hortons at this location,it seems like a training ground for persons who can not talk English enought to work in a busy fast food outlet,pretty damn sad.
