  1. This stores drive thru is redicious my order is never right i order a bagle and get a breakfest sandwhich , order a hot chocolate a d get a coffee and the staff is always so confused i used to work customer service befor the military and a simple way to fix this would be to read orders back when taking them and again befor its given to the customer im to the point where its almost worth the drive in town to go to that tim hortons since this one obviously dosnt care if my order is right i have guys in my troop who have the same problem…..

  2. Just got an iced coffee…tastes watered down, like the last coffee in the pot was mixed with water. WORST COFFEE EVER.
    This location is consistently awful!!!

  3. I continue to come to this location because it’s convenient but I’m consistently have to get to work and stir my coffee because it’s NEVER stirred properly. Recently I witnessed and over heard a older woman on coffee in drive -thru disrespecting her co-workers with negative language. Show’s a lot about the management team there if they’re allowing their employee’s to swear and undermined other employees. What type work environment are they creating for other employee’s? So unimpressed with this location.

  4. Twice today I went through the drive through and ordered a medium coffee! Paid a toonie both times and was asked if I wanted the 20 cents change back! Rude and ignorant! That question should never be asked! They’ll definitely NEVER get a tip from me!

  5. My friend and I went through the drive thru today and I had multiple gift cards to use. I was unsure of the amount on each so I passed the cashier 4 gift cards to use. We finished paying for the order a few seconds after the whole order was ready, but the manager felt the need to pipe up behind the cashier that next time we should come into the store to load all cards onto one so we don’t make people late for work. The comment was rude and uncalled for. We did not hold up the line any longer than what it took for our order to be ready. Next time I will take the extra few minutes to drive to St. Albert where I am not made to feel like an inconvenience and a bother. I will also be sure to let others know of my experience.

  6. ***This is a review of the coffee the company as a whole uses , and not a review of this specific location. I just grabbed coffee from here as I was passing through***. I had come back from visiting family in Germany and immediately fell in love with the rich, velvety texture and deep flavor of German coffee while I was there. While returning home, I ordered a medium 2 cream. I started drinking it and immediately spat it out because it tasted like swill in comparison to German coffee. I have refused to drink Tim Hortons ever since. If this is the coffee that supposedly represents my home country, I am greatly ashamed to be a citizen.
