This is by far the WORST Tim’s I have ever been in.. Very poor slow service !! They seem to pride them selves on getting your order wrong, I was just in earlier this evening and voiced my concern on the super slow service and that they made me the wrong drink.. All I got was a stupid look from the server.. I picked up and left as I am done with this place.. They really need a real Manager or the owner on site..
Totally agree with previous comment of ‘priding themselves blaming the customer’. Worst Tim Hortons for service and friendliness. Pretty sad when my 4 year old said that the lady was rude and horrible. I’ve seen the same worker argue and blame an older customer regarding burnt bagels. But guess that would’ve been the customers fault too. Also agree they need higher management on-site, when asked to speak to someone they said no manager and no supervisor working. Pathetic store
Have been asking for a Tim’s reward card for three months, get told they don’t have any?
Someone needs to show the staff how to wear masks. Half of them don’t cover their noses. Really bad, in this day and age. Very inconsiderate.
