This Tim Horton branch in Coventry hills used to be good. But for some reason, crews are always mixed up with our orders. It’s very disappointing most specially when you’re in a rush and uses drive thru. You get to work and found out your missing a few things in your bag and your coffee is wrong. Poor communication. Most Crew have No manners In drive thru. Crews are rude and ALWAYS IN A RUSH!! Makes us wonder as a customer if this is the reason why they always makes mistakes and messed up orders. Absolutely ridiculous!!! We understand that they have other clients that they need to serve but they also need to remember that they also need to be accurate serving the correct orders.
