The woman at the drive thru wasn’t able to follow a two item order. Got to the window, payed, and noticed that we had not gotten our second item. This could have been avoided if the woman wouldve listened to what we were saying. She looked like she had 0 interest and when we confirmed our order at the window she just repeated the price, not answering the question at all. I know everyone has their days but I was suprised at the lack of customer service. I work for a hotel where customer service is key and this experience just wasn’t great.
This morning I went to this location (#234) to order 2 Take 12 Coffee boxes. I had not pre-ordered as we normally would do so I wasn’t sure they would be able to accommodate on such short notice as I needed them right away.
The employees I dealt with were more than willing to help. They were so nice and courteous. I believe the gentleman, Brandon Comeau, was a trainee and he was working with Geraldine. I felt awful having to ask them during the busy morning rush to do this for us and apologized so many times…plus I didn’t have much left for a tip so I felt even worse. We chatted a bit about school and how he wanted to go back for his GED, and about her grandkids whom she doesn’t get to see as much as her son is out Ouest š . I just wanted to have these employees acknowledged as going above and beyond for our company this morning. I wish them nothing but good…and hope that they will be recognized as valuable and awesome employees. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
