We were in the Tim Hortons #2588 this past Friday and I deliberately searched out the manager. I was so impressed with how clean the store was and how efficient ,polite and knowledgeable the staff was in this location. over the months, it has really improved. It is our favourite Tim”s right now. We particularly appreciated how fast the tables were cleaned off and made ready for the next customers .It was busy in there!
Extremely impressed with the afternoon supervisior, Michael. He is always friendly, and polite. As well as always seems to try his best to make sure customers are happy!
When visiting this location today the over all staff was great. The only complaint would be that the afternoon employee “Allysha” had a horrible attitude and you could tell she did not want to be there!
Over the past couple years my family and I have only used highway 12 store in midland.. the last 2 months we have nothing but problems. The over all stay is super nice, fast, and work efficiently. I have been having multiple problems lately, when the staff member Ashley (Blonde hair with piercings) is taking/giving us our order. It doesn’t fail EVERY time she either is punching in the order wrong, putting flavour shots in drinks there should not be any in, or giving us the wrong amount of change. Very unhappy as this use to be my favourite store until this started happening.
