We do not like this Tim Horton’s. The manager that was there at 4 p.m. when we were there was very unfriendly. We tried this T.H.’s before, and the same manager was there and she was just as nasty, so it’s not like she was just having a bad day. Every day seems to be bad with her. The ladies restroom was dirty. The music was too loud. And last, but definitely NOT least, the coffee was COLD!!!
We have been through the drive thru in the past, and even the drive thru is not as good as other T.H.’s. In fairness to the employees, I think it has to do with the nasty manager. I can’t imagine what it must be like to work for her.
I gave the location 4 stars, because Ferndale is a great community.
Selection — never good at this Tim’s. The trays are always 90% empty.
I gave the service one star, and again I think the poor service is more the fault of the low morale caused by the manager.
