  1. this store is in a convenient area as i frequent this location because of the convenience – however the experience everytime is that of a filthy restaurant. the shelves with product for sale is dirty, the cashier area is dirty, the shelf in front of the food area is always dirty, the doors and windows are always dirty. i don;t think that these area’s are cleaned throughout the day.

    i had worked in the food and service industry up to 15 yrs, and know standards to follow when working with food.

    there are quite a few of the employee’s that do not have the customers interest first. they will stand around talking and giggling, while a line up is forming and not notice.

    the manager that i saw onsite the other day, looks like he just rolled out of bed, and his hygiene was questionable

    they were out of my favorite bagel (everything) and my second choice they were also out of.

    i have been a customer since they opened, and many people complain in the line up over the yrs, on how slow/filthy this location is.

    is there anyway to address this location, and clean up their act?

    Thank you for your understanding, as they are dealing with food. and this location represents Tim Hortons restaurants poorly.

  2. Do receive spilt payment? I had an issue I had gift card that I want to pay with the balance of $2.25 but the total came to $3.07. The management couldn’t put the payment through on the gift card because it did not accept the full payment. I was willing to pay balance with my other credit card or Debit. I end up paying everything in one credit card and I am still stuck with gift card which has balance of $2.25 as a loyal customer I been coming to that location more then 10 years. If I still occurring this issue you will lose a customer and more will be on line. As a consumer I do care you will have answer for me.
