July 27 2019 , midnight,Section of store where the bathroom is
Are closed so paying customer are refused access , when you request for a manager’s name the staff refused to give you the information. Unbelievable .
I went to this location on July 28 a little after midnight. It is a 24 hr restaurant where bathroom facilities are to be available to paying customers and I noticed that the section that provides access to the bathrooms was blocked off. When a gentleman asked to gain access cashier said he could not allow him to use the facilities. When the man asked why can’t he be allowed through the cashier said that he could not help him. He then asked for the managers name so he can make a formal complaint and the person filling orders said that his request for the name was denied because they can’t give out the name when I know it is allowed. The only thing that is not allowed to be given out is personal information like cell number and home address . How can a person make a complaint to the person in charge aka the manager if the name is unknown. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in all my years of visiting tim hortons restaurant. I was a tim hortons trainer and a supervisor years ago and I never treated customers as badly and unprofessionally as I had experienced tonight at store #1436 located on guy street. Maybe the manager should hold a staff meeting and re educate and re train them in proper policies and regulations and ediatic. Every client should be treated with respect as they are paying customers and are the reason that Tim hortons is a thriving business. Without customers there is no sales which means locations will be closed.
Do not go to this tim Hortons on Guy street store # 1436
Very bad service and if you are even a paying customer no access to washrooms after midnight on a sat night July 27 2019 section was closed
And they are open 24/7
When asked for managers name we were told we do not give out that information
We will be posting on Facebook and contacting head office to complain
No star ⭐ for this visit to my favorite coffee ☕ place
