After 18:00 the service is extremely poor. The employees are more interested in cleaning equipment and talking to each other rather than serving customers.
Every time I go to get donuts after 18:00 it is the same story. A few times I was the only customer in the store and I had to wait almost 10 minutes before I was served. The reason why I finally got served was because I became upset and I complained.
The only reason I go to this location is because it is more convenient.
The service, the attitude and hospitality at The Tim Horton 1030 Boulevard Moody Terrebonne, QC J6W 3K9 are really exceptional. The only reason I don’t go there more often is because it isn’t as convenient.
