Wednesday February 27, 7:02 P.M., Zero service received from a young blonde lady. She was extremely rude, arrogant, sarcastic and condescending. She did not make a single effort to accommodate me. She put down my chocolate classic donut bag and walked 4 feet away and turned her back on me just letting time go by. I didn’t know how to use my Tim Hortons cash card to pay and I needed her help. After her passive aggressive gesture she asks me if I was having a nice day? I figured out she didn’t speak or refused to speak a word of English and that’s okay if she had reached out to someone else to serve me. Finally I got served by another empathetic employee which noticed my tension buildup and helped me complete my payment. I will definitely never go back to Tim Hortons #133 in Laval. I did report this incident to Tim Hortons Head Quarter.
