Every time I show up at this location on Saturday and Sunday morning it is closed well after 5am and/or a lady who seems to be acting like the overnight manager is screaming and being rude towards her colleagues and towards customers. Today she screamed at her college saying why did her college open the door and she stated that she doesn’t care who is standing outside. I came in at 5:10am when this happened. I don’t need to hear this everytime I visit this location and I certainly don’t need attitude towards me when I come in to get breakfast. This lady need to be spoken to and her attitude needs to change toward customers and colleagues. If she can’t handle the pressures of working nights and customer service then she shouldn’t be working there. I hope this is taken seriously.
First off Tim Horton’s is Canadian not prejudice asshole ethnics . too many ethnic not enough Canadians.
This is a wonderful location! I always feel safe and happy to drive up to their drive thru window! Staff is definitely well trained and knowledgable at this location on preparation of Tim’s beverages and other menu item preparation.
