could be a lot better. slow service especially at drive thru
The service needs to be better, the staff always get my order wrong and it’s always the same thing I order. They need to move a litte faster the customers are going to work or on their lunch time. The store is in a great location but service needs improvemnt.
Unfriendly staff, especially in the morning when they should be cheerful. Got my simple order wrong and blamed me…..
I ordered 2 chili, one soup, one apple fritter, two coffees, a salad and a chipotle steak sandwich at lunch today and she charged me for the steak sandwich and it was not in the bag.
Best Tim Hortons by far…
I disagree. I find the staff extremely friendly.
The drive through is really fast.
sometimes there are delays inside the store, but that’s more so when they are training new staff.
This location is excellently run. We frequent this Tims often in the afternoon and have not been disappointed. We usually have our coffee inside. The staff is incredibly friendly, efficient and polite. We are always cheerfully greeted by an employee(s) whenever at drive through or inside. The staff is always attending to their customers and when we go it is usually quite full.. We go to a Tims almost every day and have been to many in and out province and we particularly like the service here. That is definitely not say other locations are not as good many are.
We can’t mention all the staff we see regularly but special thanks to Savreena and Gena. (Sorry for spelling)
Our friends also enjoy their coffees with us at this location.
