I have to say that between this store (2930) and the one down the street at 335 Parliament St both are quite poor at customer service, always having washrooms closed, and to top it all off, they close their dining room at 10pm – due to the “homeless people” or so they say. Every time I go in, the staff are always rude, never want to help and blame management for the reason why they can’t, they never have full or proper stock – always something missing, and really don’t go out of their way to help customers. I waited 10 minutes to be served one night. Having worked at Tim Hortons myself, it has changed dramatically. Now everything is cooked/baked in a large processing plant, frozen, and then delivered to the stores to “re-heat” in the oven. This is what they call “Always Fresh” but if you ask me, that’s false advertising and screams of a law suit.
