  1. I go through the drive through at Fairview mall, st. Catharines at least 3 times a week. It the last month my coffee is wrong 85% of the time. I ask for 1/2 a sugar and end up with half a cup of sugar and end up dumping the coffee when I get home rather than driving all the way back. I tried again tonight and didn’t taste the coffee before I left and once again had to dump it because its loaded with sugar. I definitely won’t be going there again….so disappointing . Normally I don’t complain but this has happened way too many times.

  2. Your store needs to move back downstairs to another location. Our walking group meets on Sunday mornings at 9am walking in different locations during summer months. In cold weather or raining go to Fairview Mall from Dec. till April. On Sept.2nd a few of us discovered Timmy’s upstairs with lonely staff talking to us about customers having no place to sit and eat and taking their goods downstairs to food court. I am writing to Fairview Cadillac re their changes even Starbucks is located away from MacDonalds. Money talks. We are approximately 20 in numbers. Disappointed with location and little customers at this location early Sunday. Fairview Location.

  4. What is behind moving Tim Hortonโ€™s from the food court at Fairview Mall Toronto to an inconvenient obscure location upstairs with no seating and very poorly managed? I thought CF was Canadian? Why did Starbucks replace it in the court? I refuse to be kicked out of being able to sit and relax between shopping with a Tim Hortons choice so I bring it downstairs to the court and sit. However that inconvenience has deterred me from coming and shopping at Fairview as often as I used to. If this poor judgment move was for the benefit of other court merchants, it certainly was to the detriment of many stores in the mall. Or was there something else behind it? Certainly not for the benefit of your customers.
