Really bad selection donuts, muffins, etc. Often coffee is old and needs to be thrown away. Same with steeped tea. Drinks always need to be stirred… never done properly. Bathrooms are filthy, floors always need cleaning, outside garbage bins overflowing and disgusting, garbage around the parking lot. Some staff are great but others don’t even greet you. They just stand there until you order. No have a nice day, thank you, smile etc. Just that will be $2.75. On the plus they are pretty quick during morning/lunch but lines still form. Personally I think the management here has a lot of work to do. Employees should be better trained.
