Always find that these people in drive thru speak english as a second language and don’t understand or make the orders correctly. Had ordered a bagel with four slices of cheddar and egg patty. I asked for egg patty last minute but i mean it did not come presentable. The egg was in little pieces like it broke or was cut and shoved into bagel and there was not 4 slices of cheese. So went back to tell them and then they just opened the bagel and shoved another piece inside and it was all broke up and also not 4slices. So turned around again and went into store cause my bagel was all falling apart. And she said i didn’t charge you for 4 so i put another slice inside.” Thats when i said” but i ordered 4 slices i wanted 4 slices”. It was good friday and im christian i can’t eat meat so i wanted more cheese to hold me over. Why do i have to go through all this frustration. I ended up going into the tim horton a third time and told them what is this crap my bagel is falling apart literally all crooked and cheese and egg falling out and i asked for my money back. So they gave it back and also made me another sandwich. But i mean what if i was going to work i don’t have time for all this. Talk to your staff and get them to calm down cause they look like they trying to go too fast and not listening to the customers. If i had a choice between three tim hortons in area i would say langstaff and dufferin and major mackenzie dr and dufferin locations are far better than center st location. I will always try to avoid center st location cause they always make mistakes and the food is not very fresh or good quality. Sometimes the coffee tastes like it doesnt have enough milk or that it is burnt.
