Been a Timmie’s customer since 1975. Been a Tim’ customer at this store since 2005. The products have always been OK. The service ( at different times thru the day) has been below standards for the last year or so. There are a variety of problems with service from the greeting, which is almost never, to the huge lack of basic manners. I’m not sure if it’s the large number of employee turnover or just the lack of management’s good training practices. Employees can enjoy their jobs if they work in an environment that is well oiled and efficiently running. Also there should always be someone there on staff that can act as a manager. This wasn’t the case yesterday when an employee said that I didn’t present my bonus card prior to my order of two coffees, two sandwiches and a donut and nobody in the store could do anything about it. No big deal….I just shook my head in disbelief at the abruptness and borderline rudeness I was met with. The next block away there is another Tim’s.
