I am a regular customer at this Tim’s every day. Each day I check the soup menu and find the same soups! Nothing has changed for 2 1/2 weeks Until today. They listed Turkey Wild rice and so I ordered 2 regular turkey soups to be told”Oh… we don’t have that.” But it is still on they menu! I complained to the Manager/owner and he smiled and said nothing except “oh, it is?” I took my coffee and left. If you go to the main Tim’s website it says what day which soup is served. Not so at this Tim’s! The same all the time. Fed up with this. Of course head office is too busy letting hard working Canadians go with the new partnership Burger King now involved. Great for the economy! Sure that I won’t get a reply. The only great employee at this store is Amy. She is amazing and friendly!
Fresh food and friendly staff!
Every time I come in they tell me they have no food. Last night the man in front of me ordered a BLT with potato wedges, which he was given. I asked for grilled cheese, no bread or cheese. No bun, no soup, no sandwich, no steak, no tomato, no wedges. How did the man in front of me get food but I couldn’t? Okay, maybe I had bad timing. No problem.
I came in again tonight, June 13th, 11:57 pm and asked for the blt. “No fresh food” I was told. Okay, so what do you have? Muffin and a cookie and a donut. Okay. I just finished work and I am hungry. That’s not really a meal. I’d settle for a bagel, like the man in front of me ordered, but I was told there were none.
You have all your bagels on display. There were bagels left. I pointed this out to the man, and he told me he only had frozen buns. He said I could come back at 3:30am/4:00am once fresh food is delivered.
Are you kidding? What is wrong with you? It seems like all the men get served but I’m told there’s no food. The first time, I can understand. Two days in a row?
