I would like to point out that the crispy chicken sandwich meal or any “meal” for that matter on the Tim Hortons selection board have a picture of a sandwich, potato wedges and a drink(coffee). However when you get the “Meal” the only items that come with the meal are the sandwich and a drink? Firstly, why is the wedges on the picture then? This is pretty misleading and creates an issue upon payment when we see our bill is larger than what the Meal picture and price indicate. Not only that, When I placed this order, I had a lady ask me if I would like a drink after I made the statement regarding the picture, I said sure, and she gave me the total of my order and told me to drive up not allowing me to order a drink. That part could have been a misunderstanding through the drive through microphone system. The part I would like to point out is my “meal” was supposed to be for 7.79 plus tax with a drink.. I didn’t get a drink and received wedges as asked for a total of $9.43. It’s not a large sum but I am getting a little annoyed with food chains basically lying to their clients about what they get for the price. I will not be visiting this Tim Horton’s for quite some time.
