Ordering went quick and receiving my was fast as well, 20 minutes later I’m still waiting for my sandwich. When I see they are about to make it wrong and comment about it, the guy making them turns and snaps at me “can’t you see we are busy here” . Then he starts slamming things down on the counter, apparently I must have made him mad for saving him from screwing up an order. Then he practically tosses my sandwich at me and gives me an evil look… sad to see that customer service doesn’t matter in this Timmies.
I was just in for a pre ordered dark roast double double and it was made wrong no sugar and not dark roast and when I went to get it remade I was laughed at and disrespected completely by a manager named Debra and a newbie named Sierra
