This tim hortans has horrible service!
I asked for an ice cap and was told “We don’t have ice caps”, when i have previously had ice caps there! I can understand if they were cleaning the machiene or if it was down for maintenence, but nope, i was told they don’t have them… Good thing there’s a starbucks across the street!
This has got to be the worst Tim Hortons ever. I work in the mall and come here at least 2ce a day and its the worst service ever. I am constantly waiting 10 to 15 minutes for a bagel toasted with and cheese. Those who make the drinks do well but those making the food are disorganized and don’t prioritize their customers. Often 3 people get their food before me. Also- almost every time I order an ice call their machine is down because it is over worked and they are too cheap to fix the 2nd one. Get it together. This is the first time I’ve ever given a review about any store or service , normally I just suck it up but this is absolutely unacceptable. If it was once In a while I would understand but it is every day. Every day. Thanks so much tims for wasting my lunch break. Someone needs to retrain or change the manager here cause he clearly isn’t doing his job by making sure his employees do theirs.
I come to this Tim Hortons every morning and I am greeted by a great employee! His name is Haque, he works the express line up and knows pretty well every regular who comes in. I don’t have to tell him my order as he remembers me every day. He is always positive, in a good mood and provided great customer service. I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for over a year and I’ve always had the best customer service experience with him. I would rather wait in line and have other customers go before me in order to be served by him. He always asks how I’m doing and my coffee is always right. I hope Tim Hortons recognizes their good employees and treats them well because people like Haque give them a good name! I don’t care to speak about the other employees so my review is based purely on my experiences with Haque.

I had a worker tell me this morning to get out of the line if I didn’t have money to pay… WHEN HE WAS THE ONE WHO DIDN’T PROMPT THE DAMN MACHINE. Absolutely the worst service possible. Most of the employees need to be fired as they are rude not only to customers but to each other with their yelling, aren’t patient, forget your orders very frequently, and half the time they make you walk to opposite ends to pick up your food rather than picking it up near the cash you ordered it. As a regular, they have made many mistakes with my orders. The way they were trained in customer service is just so unacceptable. I get people have bad or stressful days, but its common sense to not take it out on nice and patient customers. There is one worker in express, who works in the morning that is just absolutely phenomenal, and if it wasn’t for his service and like two others, I think I’d probably never go back. Which sucks cause I work in the mall and it’s convenient.
Horrible customer service every time I go. They closed the grill at 7:30 when they don’t close till 9. I’ve worked fast food before, and where I worked, if you did that you’d be fired. Especially when they are supposed to be pushing the new grilled cheese, and it’s all over the menu board, but then they close the grill right at dinner rush?
