Good morning
I was looking at my statement and see store 17 charged my account $7.51. It says Oakville on Nov 22nd. I was not there actually I was in the hospital in St. Thomas and would like you to send a gift card for this amount. This is the 2nd time this has happened and the other was 20.00. And was told a gift card was being sent never received

This store is insanely slow. It took 25 minutes to get through the line to order a take 12 and timbits. Every time I attend this location they only have one till open and only fill drivethru and online orders. Tim Horton’s has lost its way and is focusing too much on pretending to be fancy instead of focusing on customer satisfaction. I would also like to point out it was 2:45 in the afternoon on a sunday- not exactly peak hours.
