I bought a cup of hot coffee from this location and took a seat hoping to get some work done. After about 5 minutes I noticed the temperature is a bit too warm (before even touching my coffee at this point) I went up to the supervisor (Mark) and asked him about the matter. He informed me that the AC has been down for a few days now. So I asked him if he could get me something cold instead of the hot coffee I had just purchased (and had not touched yet). His response was “I can give you a cup of tab water.” I was amazed on how careless and irresponsible his way of dealing with this situation was. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will not be back at this location for that. In fact I think I’ll be visiting a Second Cup or Starbucks next time I crave coffee.
