Just ordered Chili wedges and found a hair on them.
Spoke to the Supervisor who said that he could offer me a refund or give me new wedges
Didnt seem too appalled at the fact there was hair in the food
Asked for replacement and they ran out of chili
Asked for owners name and phone number, he refused to give that to me
Said I had to speak with Manager and she isnt in until tomorrow
I have been to two Tim Hortons both ran out of wedges and it took me 45 mins to eventually get wedges and they had a hair on them.
Very frustrated and upset.
This tim hortons is the worst.
