Good customer service !
I drive thru your Tim Hortons in the morning at least 4 x’s a week. The gentlemen that is at the window ( he looks like a tall thin man) makes my day every time I come, because he always has a smile on his face, is so polite and cheerful.
I wanted to share my positive experience because sometimes you only hear the negatives.

I usually used drive through at most location but at location 2177, I make it a point to go in and pick up my order. The manager, Bader, always has a positive attitude and pleasant to see. Few times my order got mixed but whenever Bader is on duty, he always ensures that customer is satisfied. The location is always clean and tidy even on the busiest mornings. Thought I’d mentioned the good service so it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank Bader and staff for making my experience a pleasant one.
