This review is a little late, but after repetitive errors that were out of my control, the owner came to the drive thru window and told me to go somewhere else straight out of the blue. On top of this, constant underfills of drinks, and if you ever order any hot beverage with whip cream (a premium upcharge), they consistently provide you with the beverage you ask for, but go over to the sink to pour about 1-2″ of that down the sink before they add the whip cream. This concept seems a bit flawed don’t you think as you are not only paying for a full drink, but should not the whip cream be added on top of that? In regards to going somewhere else for food & drink, I took the owners advise and did just that and I am very happy; happy enough to say that I have influenced many more to abort this problem location.
