Usually the service has been friendly, and courteous, however, no matter whether using the drive-thru or walk-in the service is extremely slow. Often the drive-thru has been closed due to the the lack of staff. Once I waited 30mins from the time I placed my medium coffee drive-thru order to receiving it. I did mention to the attendant the time it took to receive my coffee and I received attitude and was told I was not telling the truth. Her negative response and lack of interest in my concern has convinced not to return to this location.
