This Tim Horton’s has the WORST service I have ever experienced. First of all, the last 6 visits, 4 of my orders have been wrong. Second of all, I spent TWENTY MINUTES in a drive thru line today which in my opinion is completely unacceptable. I know I will not be using this location ever again, at least not until they hire more competent staff and find the meaning behind customer service. HORRIBLE!!
This has got to be the dirtiest Tim Hortons in Markham . Doesn’t matter time of day or even which day in the week It is always dirty. Tables not wiped Dirt and Napkins on floor. Not swept at all. Did not rate drive thru as do not use it..
worst customer service at this location, no matter what time I go in, my order is wrong and I have to wait for my order every time, as the staff preparing the food seem overwhelmed, and the entire place is always dirty, do not go to this location.
