  1. I would like to see the staff working at Tim Hortons store in Markville Mall receive courtesy training, as some of them could come across to the customers as rude or even hostile.

  2. Horrible service. This morning waited in line for a long time. Finally got to cash and the guy working at the cash walked away. Many others still behind me in line. Finally an older Asian lady maybe a manager? came to cash after waiting another 5 minutes. Not lying . No apologies nothing. I said I’ve waited long time the other guy left. She snapped at me saying we have mobile orders to fill! This line is busy with mobile orders. I was shocked. She gave my coffee and forgot my cookie which I ordered so when I asked she shouted again sayin she only charged my coffee. I understand but I asked also for cookie. No apologies nothing. I feel so horrible and bad as a customer. After she handed me my cookie I said to her ” a thanks would be nice” no reply from her. Horrible customer service in my life I experienced here and I have over 20 years myself in store management experience! Awful . I’m more disappointed in her than the young man who walked away from me.

  3. have worked at a Tim’s for 5 1/2 years, and supervised for 4 of those years. This location seriously needs some training. Everyone types things in differently on till – there’s no consistency. I order pretty much the same thing every day, and I dread coming to this location because I know something won’t be right. The communication from the till to the sandwich bar is atrocious, as they’ll punch one thing in on the till, and the sandwich bar makes another. Tim’s is about giving the customer what they want, the way they like it – this location seriously needs to be reminded of that, and desperately needs to be re-trained.

    Dec 2019 Update – I didn’t think it possible for this place to get worse but it has. I’m getting really tired of feeling like I’m training your employees over the counter. The fact that they can’t modify a breakfast sandwich on the till is astounding. I’ve been coming here (sadly) because I work in the mall, and every time I hope things will be different – I am disappointing majority of the time.
