This Tim Hortons is almost always filthy. Garbage everywhere all the time, never seen anybody clean anything – from the walks to the washrooms. But the service is excellent at the window.
Today I spent 10 min in the drive through line and when I got to the window i still Had to wait for the 1 coffee I had order the staff were to busy gabbing and the line was backed way down to the lights this was at 4:00 in the afternoon the other problem is when the students are working in the evenings 9 out of 10 times when I order or Gina blend I get dark roast so than I have to go inside to get it changed. There needs to be someone with experience at the drive through. In the mornings when Janice is working there is any problems. Local customer can do the stars to rate as the service between morning and late afternoon is a toldly different experience at the drive through.This is the gravenhurst Timhortons
