Letdown
Was going to buy my sister a rollup in honour of Canada’s 150th birthday, but they gave our white hot chocolate in non-rollup cups. It was a letdown, considering that the special feature was advertised at the road.
We waited in store for service 5-10 to even be acknowledged. The floors are filthy – leaves, spills and food, used water bottles sitting on the serving counter. This is not the Tim Hortons standard that we have seen travelling across the country!
