Great service. Supervisor girl over there is super nice polite and super fast. She deals with customer in really good way. Employers must have these kinda employer.
Staff is always nice and respectful. Service is fast and they are happy to fix if a mistake was made. I understand how busy it gets on weekends and they work hard and quickly (despite what the long line suggests). Definitely would recommend
I went to the tim hortons in mapleview mall located in burlington. There was an old asian couple infront of me trying to order the food but was not sure about the menu, manager named HEATHER , instead of helping them gave them hard time, they were pointing on menu but she was continously saying one thing that there is 100 things on the menu, i cant tell u what u want and she did not even put an effort to look at the menu and she was loud enough that i could hear her from 2 meter apart when she said to her co worker if they cant speak english why the fuck they come here.
