I went to this location on my lunch noon. The resteraunt was full of highschool kids with only three staff working. I ordered a steeped tea and a bagel which i waited 45 mins for had to repeat my order three times cause they forgot I was there. The tea was not even brewed. I am disgusted at the level of service this resteraunt provided. Luckily I don’ t have 30 mins for lunch. on top of that my bagel was hard a rock not freshly baked from that mornin and the cream chees was just a blob and not even spread. All kids working no managment. Hardly any baked goods. Anyone who gives this location a 5 star works for management sorry I am so upset at my experience
