Not sure how this store received a 3 star speed rating let alone 4.
The store is typically very clean
Drive through is acceptable for the location…
how the location at this store is receiving poor marks is beyond me as it is downdown in a very small town, where else would you like it, the tomato field perhaps?
service is friendly, but too friendly for a fast paced job, I understand it’s a smaller town but we still all have to get to work and now is not the time to discuss your mothers surgery with the customers or ask what someone’s family plans are for summer, that’s a conversation starter not pleasantries.
Speed, where to start. Well first, I’m not from Blenheim, or Chatham for that matter, I moved here from another city so perhaps my perception of the services are a little skewed. I really can’t see a need for 11 people behind the counter EVER let alone every day. Yes 11, I have counted while WAITING in a very short line for someone to get a coffee, that’s all, a coffee. Somehow with 11 people behind the counter you’d think there would be a coffee in front of you as you were paying. They are bumping into one another trying to get around, the setup is just bad. In Windsor there are two cashiers, someone pouring coffee and getting confections, one or two at prep, and one or two at drive through. This is at peak times, and service is amazingly fast. In Blenheim I couldn’t figure out what about half the people were doing and he pace was shameful.
These people need training from someone who can multitask and a new manager who knows how to run a business not a cherity, bottom line….from the end of the line.
