Absolute piss-poor service. Quite possibly the slowest Tim Hortons in the world as far as service speed goes. Always a massive line, and when their iced capp machine is broken, they fail to inform the customers in the line, and in turn waste the custoimers time. Management is a joke; this place needs a major overhaul.
Fuck you richard , maybe if you and all your asshole friends didnt come to tim hortons all at once when class is over then there wouldnt be a problem. Id like to see you make a god damn sandwhich in less than a minute. I dont write on your works website about how much you suck , do i ?ALSO THERE IS NO DRIVE THRU SO WHY WOULD YOU RATE ONE.
Although it was slower, they are super busy. So Richard, and others should be thinking more at the busyness, rather than the wait. I recieved excellent service, and am happy to have such a joyous team working at my college, xoxo Martha.
Hey Richard… GEUSS WHAT. We are not aloud to put signs up when our machines are out of order ITS UNION POLICY. YOU NEED A MAJOR OVERHAUL. Learn some decency. Everyday we have to deal with people like you who have no respect for people who are trying to serve you. Its a college, theres thousands of students who all want coffee, not our fault. If you don’t like the lineup wait, make your own god-damn bagel and your own god-damn coffee at home.
They always screw up an order, whether its how a coffee is made to what muffin you asked for. Not extremely slow, and very popular. They make good food, and everything is always fresh. If you can’t remember what the customer asked for, confirm the order with them, don’t just assume.
