I understand that you are located in a mall , but the service here is terrible, I have used full 30 minute breaks standing in line and leaving without being served, the staff here are very slow and there is no consistency in the service area….. my colleagues and myself have started walking to the Tim Hortons on Lauzon where we get there , order our food and get back to work before our break is up….. please look into the staff you have and the slowness in service thank you
