Gaggy and Jazz are two new cashier’s who have made my recent visits to timmies something to look forward too ! Their smiles and warmth are genuine and I appreciate their kindness … After this locations rather rough patch I am happy to start buying from here again and am happy that these two gentlemen got hired !
We were at this location Weds. June 20th between 9-9:30 pm. I’m hoping that the two young men working there will recognize themselves as I didn’t get their names. They were amazing. They were polite, outgoing and personable and smiling seemed to come easily to them. A positive attitude can make all the difference. Keep up the good work guys!

I ORDERED BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE AND HAVE IT TO GO AND EAT IT ON MY LUNCH TIME AT WORK HOWEVER WHEN I TOOK MY 1ST BIT THE CREAM CHEESE WAS BEYOND LESS THAN IT’S SUPPOSED TO BE, THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME I ORDERED BAGEL THAT’S WHY I WOULD KNOW, THE FEELING OF HUNGER AND FRUSTRATION COMBINED AND MADE ME REALLY MAD AT IT, TIM HORTON’S IS ALSO KNOWN FOR THEIR BAGEL, BUT I DON’T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS. I HOPE THE TEAM OF THIS STORE REALLY FOLLOWS THE STANDARDS OF TIMMIES. I WAS SO HAPPY THAT THE LADY WHO MADE MY BAGEL WAS QUICK HOWEVER LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS NOT MADE CORRECTLY!! TRAIN YOUR TEAM AND PROVIDE EQUAL STANDARD THOUGH MY COFFEE WAS GREAT BUT REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH THE BAGEL.
