I am very loyal of this work place for the past 3 years since I work at Air Canada. Lately, every 7 am in the morning the speed of services is pretty slow. The employees were taking there time talking to one another and sometimes they are taking so long to talk to a customer. I’m very furious about this since nobody is correcting them and some of us have needs a coffee before going to work.
i liove to go to Tim’s Portage Place everyday because the whole Staff are accommodating. They are very friendly to customers. They are very attentive, cheerful and inspiring. In my six years of patronizing Tim’s I never encounter any problems with them. Hossein and the rest of the staff give the best quality of service. You’re so amazing guys! Kudos!!
Fastest tim hortons ive been too. They had my ice cap made and in my hand before i finished paying, these workers i see everyday serve hundreds of people theyre faster than a nascar crew changing the tires in a race
By far the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I have had to leave without purchasing anything more often than I have been able to wait because the service is so inefficient. I really do appreciate my Tim Hortons coffee but this location is on a major bus route and when you have to set aside over 10 minutes to grab a coffee during a low volume service time it is not possible. Hopefully there can be more people properly trained to attend both tills when required. I’ve seen 3 people who are incapable of working the register and only one person who is. This might be something that can be worked on. Very disappointing service when compared to other locations.
