Yesterday (Feb. 19, 2026) at approximately 3:00 pm I ordered 6 apple fritters and a large coffee (2 milk and 2 sugar) through the drive-through. After 2 or 3 minutes of confusion from the male employee in the speaker where he interrupted taking my order twice to deal with something or someone in the background within the store, he took my order (I think) and seemed to continue his dialogue with someone in the background. Without direction from the speaker I simply moved ahead to the receiving/payment window and discovered what the confusion was all about. Your male manager in the background was interfering with the employees trying to do their job. He interrupted the very pleasant girl in the window who was taking my money, by yelling out to me (in a direct and rather unpleasant tone) asking me what I ordered. I was going to park and come into the restaurant to have a chat with him but decided to phone when I got home. After three or four attempts (to no avail) I decided to write this comment and in attend the restaurant today (Feb. 20) to have a chat with your manager or preferably someone further up the scale. If you had two employees quit yesterday after the abusive treatment of your manager/lead hand I won’t be surprised.
