Well, I have to say, as a local resident here in Osoyoos, and since I came across this page in my online viewing, it seems timely as I have a few things to say!
The speed at serving customers is the main complaint I have. Often, even at slow times of year when there are few customers, the TH staff are slow, slow, slow. I suspect some of it is due to the high turnover in staff, with new ones learning the ropes on a regular basis. Still, it is slow most of the time, and one often finds oneself in not just long lineups but short ones as well, even if there are few customers throughout the store!
In fact, the drive through seems faster than actually going inside!
My other complaint is when I order certain things, the item offered is not what I ordered. Repeatedly, when I order Iced Latte with NO flavouring and NO sweetener, the cashier seems confused on how to process the money as apparently there is no button to press for that particular option. I would say that about two-thirds of the time the lattes I am handed are STILL sweetened or flavouring added to them! So I return to get a new one, at no additional charge of course! I say ABSOLUTELY no sweetener or flavouring, and the staffer says, yes, then fouls up again. I am usually patient about all this, but I have to admit that driving away to only come back again has become rather tiresome. I decided just a few days ago to go to Macdonald’s in future to order their lattes instead, in the hopes that things work out better there!
