Two trainees one cash – one had a question, no supervisor around so when till 2 girl finished with her customer till one girl asked her for help. In the midst of them trying, supervisor came out and said, I need someone on till 2, not 2 of you in one then proceeded to turn to go in the back. I spoke up and said she needs help. He then turned back to help. Disappointing behavior from a supervisor especially when you have two trainees that need to help each other out because and you can’t ask if you could help instead of barking. Give your employees a reason to want to come to work and enjoy being there.
My wife and I enjoy the tim hortons iced coffee. Depending on the time of day we order it with decaf instead of regular coffee. We have had no issues having it made with decaf, We have had it made that way locally, all over Alberta and all over Canada. Today at the Redcliff tim hortons we were told by the employee that he has never heard of iced coffee made with decaf, that he has worked at this tims for 5 years and has never made one that way and that he will not make one now. My wife explained to him that we have had iced coffee with decaf all over Canada , even at this location. He basically called us liars and said we have never had that drink there.
We have been frequenting that tims since it opened, there are and some incredible employees there who are a credit to the franchise. They know our usual orders , always have a smile on their faces and make us want to come back to this location. It is unfortunate that one employee has ruined our perception of this tims.
