I stopped on morning of March 30, 2022. I was charged 2x for a coffee. I asked if she had charged twice at the till but server appeared confused. I just checked my account and noted the double charge.
This Tim Hortons is the worst, please don’t go there, their staff is rude and unprofessional. If you ask them politely for an extra cup they will scream at you. They don’t care if you are waiting at front for 10-20 mins. They come on their convenience and then if you ask anything, they might refuse your order and refund you. I mean it, freaking crazy work environment and they will serve you old and cold food. Beware.
Worst place to come for a good meal or coffee, rude staff and not fresh food to be served.
