I went through the drive through at this Tim Hortons and put my order in which was taken in a friendly manner. I received my order and stopped to open it and see if it was what I wanted. I had ordered crispy bacon on my BLT which I order from Tim Hortons all the time and have never had a problem. It was barely cooked so I parked and went in. My daughter needed napkins (which were not given) and salt & pepper. I asked the person at the counter to redo the bacon as it was not well done. She at first said that sandwich does not come with bacon?? The person went to the cook who said “no” that is the way it is. I asked if it was possible to get it well done and she again said “no” that is the only way we do it. I said if I can not have it well done then I would like a refund. The front counter person said no refund just a credit on a card to which I said absolutely not, if I can not have it the way I want it then I do not want it. She eventually gave me a refund but the experience was less than what I usually get at Tim Horton’s.
