rude middle eastern student worker in drive thru!! and very rude middle eastern woman in sandwitch, i asked for no tomato in my turkey bacon club and she still gives me with tomato! i have a receit for it and the cashier DID put no tomato. also, i asked the manager for regular coffee with caremel shot in it when it was in roll up event and she charged me with the flavor shot!! what kind of manager is she? very very money oriented people. drive thrus is too slow because people that work there ask too many things, i only want a medium coffee black and they ask me with muffins, strudels, and those stuff! i don’t want it! and it gets so slow!
Nice place to sit and relax away from the commotion of the city.

This is a amazing Restaurants and I go all the time welcoming staffs well good management very clean and I loved wouldn’t ask more. Shame on you if that is not enough for you.

I don’t know if this is the right Tim Hortons but the two girls who work at Leslie and green lane deserve a huge raise. I went to pay for my coffee and the interact machine stopped working and the one girl went to get her purse to pay for it for me because I didn’t have cash. I searched my car and found enough change to pay since I didn’t want her paying as she is a kid. Just the gesture alone was amazing and the service they provided was just as a good. We need more people like those two at the store and I hope they get the recognition for this kind act. If this is not the right store please make sure Tim Hortons head office gets this message. Thanks.
