So i went thru the drive thru today and purchased 2 grill cheese panini’s . One was for my daughter and the other for my 15 month old grandson . When i pulled away from drive thru my daughter noticed neither sandwich was cut. So i parked my car and went to counter and nicely asked for them to be cut . The manager a young girl took the sandwiches and made a comment to other employee how she forgot to cut them and they both were laughing . The young guy working the gas counter even told her give the customer what she ordered. If this is how this manager treats a customer i wud hate to see how she is with her employees some people should not be made managers as they dnt know how to be courteous to a purchasing customer . I am purchasing 3 ice caps a day at 3.65 each. I will never go to either tim hortons on yonge street in aurora again. There is one by my house and the staff there know how to treat customers proper there.
I visited this store and went to drive thru and has a terrible experience . I was over charged . I purchased one cup of coffee and they charged me $13 . I had to wait for a refund which made me late for work . The manager came and was very rude and did not apologize . She then refunded the order and charged me again for my coffee which was cold. I contacted the owner rachana who btw has no manners and emailed me back. But then ignored my reply . She needs to take classes in customer service . And then she send me a rude email stating you better stay away .. I am not sure where you are from this is a threat and you can’t do that to customers . Shame on you . I am so upset I can’t drink your cold crappy coffee.
