  1. By far the best Tim Hortons’ (Drive Thru) around. They are always friendly, and don’t rush you through – (quick but not rude)

  2. Veeery good tim hortons. Quick orders and they make the drinks very tasty!

  3. Have had at least five issues with the customer service at Newton Tim Horton’s on King George, the one in the Save on Foods parking lot. One girl there has routinely given me rude faces and snotty comments when I request to see the interact machine as she charges me. She seems to think its unreasonable for customers to know how much they are being charged. She puts her hand out in expectation of me giving her my card without knowing what total she is charging me . I told her I wanted to see it. She rudely shoved it at me and said, “You see now?” The next time I went through the drive through as we pulled up she said, “three ninety one” with an angry face. I looked her straight in the face and said, “every time I come here you are rude and disrespectful to me.” She was scowling. She spat back at me, “at least I said hi to you, you didn’t even say hello to me.” Unless ‘three ninety one’ constitutes as hello these days, she most certainly did not. When I answered her comment and disagreed that she didn’t say hello to us she dropped the interact machine and said, “I don’t want to deal with you” and allowed the window to shut while I was speaking to her. Her name is Prabjot. Another day she and another girl were laughing and talking about us as they prepared our food. The one girl who was talking with her kept looking back at us and laughing as the other girl made the food. When she came back to the window, I asked her why they were looking at us like that, and that I didn’t want the food she just made. When someone looks at you like that you don’t trust the food they are making for you. Not to mention how several of the workers there shout “NEXT ONE” loudly while you try to put your coffee down before you drive off. As if to get you to move away quicker, because the car that is at least ten feet back cannot hear her shout that anyway. Very rude. I dread going there because something rude happens almost every time we go there. There are a few polite, hard working ladies who man that window, but for the most part, they are rude and disrespectful and have no idea how to speak to customers. At least three of the people there have the same habit of requesting customers blindly hand over their cards. They put their hand out, expecting you to just hand them your card without seeing the screen which shows how much they are charging you. I wonder if this is against company policy, or even if Tim Horton’s trains their employees on what is just good manners. Of course people want to know how much they are being charged. I mean, seriously. I’m easy to please. Don’t snarl at me, let me see how much you are charging me, and just give me the food that I paid for. Have gotten mostly very bad customer service at this location. But honestly, I guess the blame isn’t on Timmy’s. They can’t take the blame for people who have no manners or respect.
